What vehicles do you work on?

We are currently approved to carry out work on Honda and Volvo vehicles and have previously been approved to work on BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Mercedes. We also carry out work on other makes and models.

We use a number of the latest repair technologies including Smart Repair (Small Medium Area Repair Treatment).

Firstly, don’t panic – accidents happen and the first priority is always going to be making sure you’re ok before you start thinking about the car. Yes. We are an approved centre for Nissan and Volvo who have very exacting standards and require us to keep to them. We have also extensive experience with Jaguar, Porsche, SAAB, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen and Audi. In addition we are accredited as a Body and Paint Centre of Excellence for Landrover. In short, we can do an excellent job regardless of the vehicle.

Yes! You are under no obligation to use the insurers preferred bodywork company. You have the choice, by law.

Absolutely. All work carries our standard 3 year warranty. In addition we will honour the remaining term of your existing manufacturers warranty.

How long will I be without my car?

This varies according to the damage your vehicle has sustained. We will give you as accurate an estimate of time when we assess the vehicle.

In most circumstances we can give you a car normally within 24 hours of the accident.

Yes all dealings and paperwork are looked after by Abbotts.

Most people have an excess to pay as part of their policy. This would be settled when collecting your repaired vehicle.

Yes – we would produce a competitive estimate and then proceed at the soonest available time. Please note that major works will need to be secured with a deposit.
